 In term 3 we learned how to write poems in total we write 10 poems. my favourite poem was the haiku poem. it was my favourite poem because  it was fun to do and i could write lots of them because they only had three lines to it. i also liked the countdown poem because it was fun and i had to do a lot of thinking to it. this is my slideshow i hope you enjoy.

hey readers i really want you to keep reading this blog cause i am doing a book about Nelson mandala. he is a really good person because he fought for black people getting bossed around from white people he also was in jail for five years cause he was black. luckily those people changed tho.

He went to jail for fighting up for black people. He went to jail for 5 years. He was a lawyer and died in 2003 he quit president in 1999 and he got adopted by someone. he died in 2013 and was born in

1918 on 18 of July.

How does your complementary text support the main text?

He did the same stuff as the book so that means that he is not lying. It also gives me more facts then the book did.

it was also very very detail with a good pictures.

 How does your challenge text support/challenge the main text?

The challenge text is telling me more reasons why he is a good man and how good he is and what he did to be a good person. it was also talking about other good people and people who lived in south Africa in 1918.

Tsunamis are stronger than gravity. They are caused by an earthquake and volcanoes and landslides. When the tides go in and the water has bubbles and that means that a Tsunami is coming.

The girl show the animals how to make a tornado in a bottle of water. When the girl shakes the water a tornado is made. She used 2 bottles and put them together. Appu's teachers said the water on the top bottle is replacing the air from the air from the bottom bottle.as it goes down a tornado is made

Hey readers i read book the hungry wave its about a girl that got hit by a tsunami. Her little brother saves her with her bun. The tsunami was in Samoa and they call it the fire wave. This tsunami was caused by earthquake.

Plan where you are going to go with your family (where you are going to meet when the tsunami finished. Go to high grounds so it doesn't reach you. 

Bring some food with you so you don't die of hunger. Bring at least your most important thing so you have some company around your space. Go in a car on the same speed so you don't crash. Pick up a little kid if they are lost. Be Careful if you see the tide coming in and if there is bubbling water that means that a tsunami is coming your way. Bring some life vest just in case you are drowning.

CREATE TASK 2

Talk about where you are going to meet get all of your family's contact and stay on high ground and stay there until its over. Get googles so your eyes wont hurt drive away far far away where it cant get you.

Stay alert if you are going to get hit by it and be very careful cause the title wave could drag you away all the way in the middle of the sea. If you are at the beach see if the are bubble and there are if there is not much water at the shore that means that the title wave is coming. When you hear it only grab your phone if you have it in your hand.
